Installation Agreement Policy
Available at Purchase
Price of material is subject to change without notice due to market value variation of natural stone. Price quoted includes template and finished sealed material. 
Final installation takes place ten days after template, excluding Sundays. This is not a final quote. The final quote and invoice will be calculated and totaled after the template has taken place. You will be communicated with the final amount prior to the fabrication process takes place. Price is subject to change to field measurements.
Please review the Installation Agreement for payment terms. No changes may be made to your purchase after the final template takes place.
Make sure that prior to scheduling you template you have the following:
All cabinets installed;
Fixtures at the templating location including (sinks, faucets, cook top).
We will contact you one day before your scheduled template and installation date with a three hour expected arrival time frame.
Do not schedule you plumber/ electrician until the countertop has been completely installed.
If you have existing countertops, they must be removed prior to the installation date.
If you wish, Sudbury Granite & Marble, Inc. will remove your existing countertops for an additional fee.
